Preparation Method:

At first, blend the beans with 240ml water using mixer or blender.

Select sauté option and cook bacon until it becomes crispy. Set aside.

Now, add the onion, celery, and carrots to the pot and cook until it becomes soft (approximately 5 minutes). After that add tomato paste and bean paste, rosemary and bay leave.

Set cooker timer for 15 minutes on high pressure. Let the pressure release naturally, before serving before rosemary and bay leaves.

To serve, ladle into 6 bowls and top with crispy bacon slices.
